Our Product
In season Stone Crab Claws, freshly cooked on board the boat, are the Queen of Florida Seafood. When you order from us you are ordering from the people who will be on the boat, catching and then cooking the crab claws we will then deliver to your door as quickly as possible. They will be chilled (not frozen) and packed in foam inside cardboard (as per FedEx requirements) and will be kept chilled by sealed ice packs inside the foam packaging. They will arrive at any destination inside the continental U.S. in perfect condition but you must make sure that you are available to take delivery promptly. You do not want them sitting unattended for an extended length of time.
Shipping
We will ship them direct from our dock in Madeira Beach to your door, overnight priority using either FedEx or UPS. In most of Florida, from Tallahassee to Jacksonville and points south, we don't even charge for shipping. Outside of that area, we charge according to zones. Find your zone on the map below and click in it. Your order will be shipped on the Thursday following our receipt of that order. Weather permitting, we will pull our traps on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and ship product out on Thursdays so it will arrive at your door on Friday, in time for the weekend.
Note: We sell and ship only fresh claws. Like any commercial fishermen, we are slaves to the weather and therefore can not absolutely guarantee that we will be able to get to our traps to catch your order. We will make every effort to do so, but we can't guarantee what we can't control and we will not substitute frozen claws for freshly caught and cooked ones in order to fill orders. If we anticipate any problem getting your order to you before the Friday following you placing the order, we will be in contact with you right away to make whatever other arrangements you want.More Information.
