Our own boat the "CAPT TATE" is a multi species boat that has permits to fish for Grouper, Stone crabs, tuna, swordfish and mahi.

For the next few months we are going to be concentrating on catching stone crabs. Florida Stone Crab claws are considered by many to be the absolute best shellfish available and are delicious served chilled or heated up and served warm. Ours will be cooked on the boat, chilled immediately and then packed and shipped in protected and chilled containers right to your door. We prefer to eat Florida Stone Crabs chilled with a remoulade sauce, but every South Florida restaurant and many of the old Florida hands along the docks all have their favorite way to eat Florida Stone Crabs.
