Delivery and Shipping Information

Free shipping is included within most of Florida (Tallahassee, Jacksonville and as far south as Miami).

Outside of that area, our shipping charges are structured by zones and will be added to your order as you place it. Please be sure that you are selecting your order within the correct zone. Orders placed from the wrong zone can not be filled until we have contacted you to inform you of the mistake and then gotten some confirmation back from you.

We will ship either FedEx or UPS Next Day Air and will ship claws out the Thursday after we receive your order. You will receive them on Friday, in time for the weekend. Your crab claws will be carefully packed for the trip, but, as with any perishable product, it is best to have someone on hand to take delivery.

If you want your claws delivered on a specific date or absolutely can't take delivery on a Friday, please just contact us using the contact form and we will do our best to work something out with you that works for both of us.
